Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using SamTechy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you are using SamTechy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each user account is for a single individual and may not be shared.

Acceptable Use

  • Use SamTechy only for lawful purposes related to field service management.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data.
  • Do not upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Do not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from SamTechy.
  • Do not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission.

Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to SamTechy (tickets, machine records, photos, reports).
  • You grant Sammed Technosol a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the service.
  • We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content.
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
  • The offline-ready features of SamTechy help ensure continued access to cached data during outages.

Limitation of Liability

  • SamTechy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Sammed Technosol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
  • This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use SamTechy ceases immediately.
  • Data export is available before account termination upon request.
